fishmouseSometimes the walk to work reminds me that the world isn't so nice.
Spent my morning chatting to the nicest girl - 14, in a refuge and searching for an abused & drug dependent 13 yr old who she's been helping, who was been moved to another refuge while she was in school. Heart breaking story. She'd been searching for 2 days and just wanted to talk to someone... my hair was the beacon. Not that i'm complaining - it's known that if anyone ever just needs to talk i'm there, but damn. I've never felt so god-dammed lprivliged and depressed at the same time.
I'd better leave off and stop being all upset.
